Are Leopard Long Fin Danios fin-nippers?
Danios may have small bouts of fin-nipping with any long-finned tank mates but this should not be too serious. Danios have a very small mouth, so any damage will be fairly limited and is unlikely to persist.
There are a few colour variations of longfin danio's. Leopard long fins typically flash bright yellow-white to silver in colouration, with the typical leopard spots underneath the shimmering display.
Fancy goldfish do make suitable tank mates, however as a precaution it is not generally recommended that they are kept with slow-swimming long-finned tankmates.
