Overview:
Assorted Dwarf Frogs are fully aquatic, peaceful amphibians that add unique character and activity to community aquariums. Small and hardy, they spend most of their time at the bottom but will occasionally swim to the surface for air.
Origin:
Native to Central Africa, inhabiting slow-moving rivers, ponds, and swamps.
Feeding:
Carnivores that eat frozen or live foods such as bloodworms, brine shrimp, and daphnia. They may also accept sinking carnivore pellets.
Tank Mates:
Great with peaceful community fish like tetras, rasboras, guppies, Corydoras, and snails. Avoid aggressive or large predatory fish.
Aggression:
Completely peaceful — safe for community tanks when not housed with aggressive species.
Experience Level:
Best for beginner to intermediate aquarists — easy to care for but require gentle filtration and secure lids (they can jump).
