Origin:
Bred from Kamfa lines in Southeast Asia, selectively developed for deep red hues, pearling density, and prominent kok formation.
Feeding:
- Staple: High-quality Flowerhorn pellets for growth, coloration, and health.
- Supplements: Freeze-dried shrimp, krill, bloodworms, and spirulina-based foods to enhance vibrant red coloration and pearling.
- Routine: Feed 2–3 times daily in controlled portions to prevent overfeeding.
Tank Mates:
- Best kept alone due to highly territorial nature.
