Description
A golden colour form of the red line torpedo barb, silver-gold with a bold red stripe running from the snout. Large, fast and highly social.
Feeding
Flake, pellets and frozen foods with vegetable content.
Compatibility
Peaceful but large, fast and social. Keep in groups of six or more with robust tankmates. Needs swimming length rather than height.
Behaviour and personality
Constantly moving, and happiest in strong flow. A shoal in a large tank is the point of the fish.
Before you buy
Sold small and reaches three times that size. Needs cool, well-oxygenated, high-flow water and a genuinely large tank.
DX courier delivery is £20 per livestock order.
Delivery is scheduled for your selected delivery date and typically arrives before 1pm.
There is no minimum or maximum order value.
