Koumansetta hectori
Description
A slim goby striped in gold over black with a bright eyespot at the tail base. Peaceful, industrious and useful for picking at detritus and algae.
Feeding
Omnivorous. Grazes algae and detritus, supplemented with frozen mysis, enriched brine shrimp and marine pellets.
Compatibility
Reef safe and peaceful. Can be kept as a pair. Easily bullied by aggressive tankmates.
Behaviour and personality
Works constantly along rock and sand surfaces, hovering just above them.
Before you buy
Needs a mature tank with some algae and detritus to pick over. Peaceful enough to be outcompeted, so avoid boisterous tankmates.
DX courier delivery is £20 per livestock order.
Delivery is scheduled for your selected delivery date and typically arrives before 1pm.
There is no minimum or maximum order value.
