Inpaichthys kerri
Description
A softly iridescent tetra washed in violet and blue, shifting colour as it turns through the light. Peaceful, hardy and considerably more interesting than photographs suggest.
Feeding
Flake, micro-pellets and small frozen foods.
Compatibility
Peaceful community fish. Keep in groups of eight or more with other small tetras, rasboras and corydoras.
Behaviour and personality
Active mid-water shoaler. Males are more strongly coloured and display to one another.
Before you buy
The violet sheen only shows under decent lighting against dark substrate; in a bright bare tank the fish looks plain.
DX courier delivery is £29.95 per livestock order.
Delivery is scheduled for your selected delivery date and typically arrives before 1pm.
