Tap Water Safe removes chlorine and other halogens, chloramine and heavy metals found in tap water which are toxic to fish. Tap Water Safe also contains a special protective coating that reduces stress caused by transportation of fish. If adding fish to your aquarium or carrying out a water change use in conjunction with NT Labs Filter Starter to help your filter cope with the increase in fish waste or replenish the filter’s bacteria.

All delivery services are working day services and do not include delivery on Saturdays and Sundays or public holidays as standard.
Deliveries are usually Monday to Friday only, although some Royal Mail items may be delivered on weekends as standard if the service is available in your area.
Orders over £50 delivering to non UK mainland locations may be despatched via a Royal Mail (2-3 days) service rather than an express shipping option.
