Thalassoma hardwicke
Description
A green-bodied Thalassoma wrasse marked with six dark saddles along the back. Fast, hardy and full of energy.
Feeding
Carnivorous. Frozen mysis, chopped prawn, clam and marine pellets, two or three times daily.
Compatibility
Reef safe with corals but will hunt ornamental shrimp, small crabs and snails. Fast, boisterous and increasingly assertive with age.
Behaviour and personality
Extremely active, swimming constantly in open water. Buries in sand to sleep.
Before you buy
Needs a lot of open swimming room and a sealed lid, as Thalassoma wrasses jump. Grows larger and pushier than most buyers anticipate.

Free delivery when your livestock subtotal is over £350.
Delivery is scheduled for your selected delivery date and typically arrives before 1pm.
There is no minimum order value.

- Shipping for dry goods is charged separately from livestock delivery and does not count towards the £350 free delivery threshold. Dry goods are dispatched according to our standard delivery policy.
